Here's a checklist to help you streamline your day and make the most out of your time. Work smarter, not harder!
1- Personal Development is at the top because it's the MOST IMPORTANT part of this business! Don't neglect it. You'll want to do AT LEAST 10 minutes of Personal Development a day. (Top coach Scottie Hobbs does over an hour!) This can be reading, but audio is also a great way to get it in on your daily commute. Chalene Johnson has a great series called Car Smart and there are others available through iTunes.
2- Shakeology! You need to be a product of the product. If you're not using the products yourself, how are you going to be able to tell everyone how amazing they are!?
3- Workout, again, being a product of the product, and good before and after results pics are worth their weight in gold.
4- Every day you'll want to post in your challenge group(s) and also in your customer group.
5- Staying CONSISTENT and posting on facebook 3-5 times a day is HUGE predictor in how well your business will grow. Post, post, post! You'll want to post no more than one or two Beachbody posts per day, the rest should be personal, funny, motivating, quotes, family pics, things you're interested, anything that will help people get to know you and connect with you.
6- Invite, Invite, INVITE! You'll want to post DAILY about your upcoming challenge groups. Not every one of your posts will show up on every one of your friend's walls, and not everyone is on facebook at the same time of day. It also takes people 7 or more exposures to something new before they really start to think about it. Post consistently, and when they're ready, you'll be the first person people think of to go to for help!
7- Post one pic to Instagram daily. This can be anything, food, fitness, family, fun, interests, etc. You are allowed up to 30 hashtags per pic on IG. I like to put the 3 or 4 most relevant in the pic caption, then add the rest in the comments below. Instagram is opposite of facebook, in that you want to majority of your Instagram pics to be health and fitness related.
8- Check the coach group DAILY. You may not have any questions yourself, but someone may post something that you didn't know before or hadn't even thought of. Also, you'll want to stay up to date with the monthly specials, any team challenge groups that will be starting, etc.
9- Return messages and emails. As a new coach it's common to want to be available at all times for your customers. To save your sanity in the long run, you'll want to set business hours for yourself... and stick with them! Only answer your emails and messages once or twice a day, same with checking into the groups. It will save you a lot of time and you won't get sucked in to just sitting in front of facebook (like I do All. The. Time.)

11- Listen to the weekly National Coach Call. The calls are every Mon. at 11 am EST and the # to call in is 832-225-5055. They are also recorded and the call back # is 832-225-5065 and the recordings are available in the back office. Text "CoachCall" to 96000 to get weekly coach call text reminders.
